Hello! My name is Monica Grund and I am the Principal at Jefferson Lincoln Elementary. As an elementary school principal, I believe strong partnerships among families, students, and staff are essential to every child’s success. I am passionate about student learning and committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow. By working together, maintaining high expectations, and celebrating each student’s unique strengths, we can build a school community where everyone belongs and thrives.
